Cancellation Policy
Things come up, life happens, I completely understand! Please contact me directly (740-297-1278) at least 24hrs prior if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same day cancellations (within the 24hr window) will be subject to a 50% service charge. The 50% service charge will be applied to your next appointment when you reschedule within 2 weeks. This is not transferable to anyone other than the scheduled client. NO CALL, NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% and future bookings will require a deposit.
